EULA
Intro
Your use of Misty Tab is governed by this End-User License Agreement, often known as the "Agreement," which is a legally binding contract between you and Vilarson LTD ("Software"). You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement if you install or use the Software in any way.
License Grant
Your use of the Software for personal or internal business reasons is permitted under the terms of a license that is not exclusive, not transferable, and revocable by us.
Limitations
You may not:
- Make illegal use of the software in any way you see fit.
- Alter, decompile, or do reverse engineering on the software.
- Transfer the Software to a third party, sublicense it, or distribute it in any other way.
- Make a product that can compete effectively by using the software.
The Ownership of Intellectual Content
The ownership of the Software as well as any and all intellectual property rights that are included within it is shared by company and its licensors. You recognize and agree that the only right you have in the Software is the restricted license that was provided to you by this Agreement and that you have no further rights in regard to the Software.
The Exclusion of All Warranties
The software is offered "as is," without any type of warranty, either explicit or implied, and is not guaranteed in any way. We make no guarantee that the Software will be error-free or that it will be able to satisfy all of your needs.
A Cap on Our Legal Obligations
We will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise out of or are connected to your use of the Software in any way, shape, or form.
Cancellation
In the event that you breach any of the conditions of this Agreement, it will be terminated immediately. As soon as this agreement is terminated, you are required to immediately cease using the Software and to delete any and all copies of the Software that you have.
Normative Legal System
The laws of country shall govern this Agreement, and any disputes that arise out of or in connection with this Agreement will be handled by the courts of country.
Entire Terms
This Agreement comprises the whole agreement between you and company, and it takes precedence over any and all earlier agreements or understandings, whether they were written or verbal.
